Now For Some Context

...What we are currently is a full-service, creative production company. Partnering with agencies, brands and filmmakers to bring their visions to…well..all of the screens (even 9x16). What that actually looks like is making sure the creative survives the entire pre through post production process intact.

If experience teaches us anything, it’s that if something can go wrong, it will. Production introduces obstacles the same way gravity introduces falling. It’s non-negotiable. Our job is mostly knowing how to respond when they happen, and then quietly convince ourselves it was all intentional and maintain the illusion of control.

Yeah, it’s a joke; but it’s also the reality of film-making.

Robots run on electricity, not caffeine. But if a robot did drink coffee, it would probably be decaf. Because a jittery robot is just a toaster with a bad attitude

Staying calm, flexible, focused and laughing at ourselves or how ridiculous the situation may be is how good ideas survive bad days. A sense of humor is what helps us keep it all in perspective. That leads to better decisions, and better decisions tend to show up on screen.

That’s us.. And it’s why we partner with people who care about the work as much as we do. The audience’s time nowadays is more precious than ever, and the shared goal is simple: make content worth watching.

Lastly, we love this job, we really do. Which is helpful, because we named the company Coffee Robot. Once you do that, you’re locked into a certain level of enthusiasm.

...THE US SECTION

There was this one time I accidentally made the coffee decaf. It was a rough day, the Director was angry, the crew was exhausted, and the actors were crying. The client just won an award for that shoot.
